You will need internet access and a computer or tablet.

The online classroom will utilize two main tools, an online whiteboard and screen-sharing technology via Google Meet or Zoom.

Be prepared for the online tutoring session. Have the following items available: paper, pencil, calculator, homework, classwork, and any quiz/test you would like to go over.

Know your login information for class online access and login information for your test prep sites (Khan Academy, Collegeboard.org, etc.).

In-Person Tutoring

This way, you can meet and get to know your tutor in a relaxed environment. After that, you have the flexibility to choose your preferred location for subsequent sessions. My Son was struggling with math before I contacted  Angela, she was able to get my son to a more comfortable and less confusing understanding of math. With her tutoring methods and her availability to answer questions that arised when she wasn't tutoring my son helped him performed much better than he would have without her help.  My son now has an (A) average in Algebra and has scored very well on his SAT exam, enabling him to go the College of his choice. Angela is an amazing Math tutor!  Our son needed help with his 7th grade Honors Math class.  She was very patient and encouraged him each week, which helped boost his confidence.   Over the course of the semester he was able to significantly raise his grade and overall GPA. Angela helped our son in a way that no other math tutor had been able to do.  She not only helped him understand the concepts he was unclear on but also was able to fill in the blanks on the things he should know but did not.
